• Service: Refers to transportation services provided by A40 Executive Airport Transfers.
• Customer: Any individual who books or uses our services.

2. Bookings and Reservations

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive an email or SMS confirmation from us.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards.
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a charge.
• Amendments: Modifications to bookings (e.g., time, destination) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

• Timeliness: Customers should ensure they are ready for pick-up at the scheduled time. Delays may lead to extra charges or service refusal.
• Behavior: All passengers are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and follow driver instructions. Unruly or disruptive behavior may result in service termination without a refund.
• Luggage: Customers are responsible for their luggage and ensuring it meets size and weight limits.

4. Our Responsibilities

• Service Quality: We strive to provide a high standard of service, with punctual and professional drivers and well-maintained vehicles.
• Flight Monitoring: We track flight schedules to adjust pick-up times when necessary.
• Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., traffic, adverse weather). However, we will make every effort to minimize delays.

5. Fees and Additional Charges

• Waiting Time: We allow a grace period of 15 minutes for standard pick-ups and 30 minutes for airport pick-ups. Additional waiting time will be charged at the standard rate.
• Extra Stops: If additional stops are requested, they will be charged at our standard rate.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations made within the policy terms will be processed within 7 working days.
• No-Show: Failure to meet the driver at the scheduled location and time without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show and may forfeit any refund.
• Partial Refunds: If a service is terminated by us (due to unforeseen events), a partial refund may be issued.

7. Safety and Security

• Driver Requirements: Our drivers are fully licensed, insured, and trained.
• Vehicle Standards: Our vehicles are regularly inspected for safety and quality assurance.
• Privacy: Personal information collected during bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments to Terms

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
